| Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg announced this week at a town hall meeting, that Facebook is finally getting a dislike button. However, it'll be a dislike button with a twist! “I think people have asked about the dislike button for many years. Today is a special day because today is the day I can say we’re working on it and shipping it” Where as popular websites like Reddit and Youtube use the dislike button to show disapproval, Facebook's new system will allow users to show sympathy to users. “What they really want is the ability to express empathy. Not every moment is a good moment.” We've all had to make that awkward decision whether or not to 'like' a post about a friends pet dying, or their home-made pizza being burned to a crisp. Hopefully that'll now be a problem of the past. Why not check out Atomicfacts official Facebook page by clicking the link below? |
